Each rate applies only to the units inside its band, so adding a unit never makes the ones before it dearer.

The first 25 organisations to subscribe annually pay 30% less than list, locked until 31 March 2028. After that the price is the list price for your units at the time. The discount comes off automatically at checkout while places are left.

How units are billed
What counts as a unit
Every bed space at your active addresses, occupied or not. Archived addresses do not count. A managing agent working for several housing associations pays for the bed spaces it manages, so there is no charge per client.
When you add bed spaces
The extra units are charged straight away, for the rest of the month or year you have already paid for. Your billing follows your addresses; you never change plan.
When you remove them
The lower count applies from your next renewal. There is no credit for the period already paid.

Notes on pricing
Why price by bed space
A supported housing licence covers the homes and the people they can house. Pricing by bed space means a small provider pays a small price, and a managing agent with homes across several districts pays for what it evidences, whoever it works for.
Prices when licensing begins
Prices will be reviewed when licensing begins. Existing customers keep their price for 12 months.
No VAT, and how billing works
Stedwise is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged: the price you see is the price you pay. Pay monthly, or yearly for two months free. Cancel from the billing page at any time; paid features stay to the end of the period you have paid for.
